The wife and I went to the track today.

.5 mile warm up

Five rounds: 5 x hand release push up, 10 x air squats

6 rounds 30/30sec Sprint/walk

6 rounds 30/30sec box jump/step ups

6 rounds 30/30sec bear crawl/rest

Warm down: walked the dog
