Burger 8-7-19

When Climbing. Just bouldering.

Warmed up, Rolled out, shoulder mobility and stretching.

Did a 4 x 4.
4 Boulder routes back to back, for 4 sets. rest 2 minutes in between each set.
did pretty easy routes, mainly V3’s

Did a couple of V5’s, and did one V6.
Got a good for arm pump.
