Starting Smolov… Again. This time with an acountabilibuddy should go better (did fine last time but I got the flu then started an Oly program)
This AM I woke up early and took the pup for a walk then did some goofing around arms while coaching my wife through a work out.

We did the squats cardio partner wod style only resting during partner working time and changing weights.
Then some DB Bench 1 x 8 @ 75, 2 x 5 @ 85 then 1 x 40 @ 25 then 10 pull ups
