Climbing Today (1 Hour) – Bouldering
Warm up/Shoulder Mobility/Rolling out
Warm up climbs – V1’s – V2’s
4 x 4 – v3’s (30 sec rest between sets)
Then:
Project some harder climbs – V4’s – V5’s
