Burger 8-12-19 – Climb Fit

Meagan and I have started a diet. It’s a Modified Whole 30. Trying to get down on the weight before the winter bulk.


Climbing Today (1 Hour)  – Bouldering

Warm up/Shoulder Mobility/Rolling out

Warm up climbs – V1’s – V2’s 
4 x 4 – v3’s (30 sec rest between sets)

Then:
Project some harder climbs – V4’s – V5’s
