3×5 wall squat, 3×10 bb squat, 3×5 goblet squat, 4x20m OH KB lunge

Then:

4×4 power clean @ 135#

Then:

500m row – 50 dips – 50 OH DB press @ 40# – 50 step ups – 50 push ups – 500m row
