stretch then work up to 155 power clean and push press then do

1 pc + 1 press, 2 pc + 1 press, 3 pc + 1 press @ 155

1pc + 1 press, 2 pc +1 press, 2 pc + 1 press @ 175

1pc + 1 press, 1 pc + 1 press, 1 pc + 1 press @ 195

then 10 rounds 50sec on 10 off of

1DL, 1PC, 1FS, 1PP @135 then burpees for the remaining work time

Then stretch
