Wednesday was hard, and I forgot to post about it. Feeling sore but ready to go.

Dynamic warmup and prep

5 x 1 snatch @ 145lb – I could NOT get myself down under the bar to save my life today

3 x 3 clean @ 205lb

1 x 3, 1 x 5 back squat @ 275lb, 230lb

Back squat for weight: got up to 315lb for one

3 x 3 split jerk @ 215lb

Superset 3 x

10 x standing Arnold press + 10 x plyo-push-up

Superset 2 x

60s max deadbug + 45s each side plank

Stretch and cool down
