1 x 1 power clean @ 195lb

2 x 1 power clean @ 175lb

3 x 3+1 front squat + split jerk @ 205lb

3 x 12+10 hanging leg raise + glute ham raise

3 x 10 cal strength extension (barbel back ext + iso hold @ top)

Cool down, stretch, and go home
