4 x 1 snatch @ 140lb (~90%) – hit last 2 at 145lb
3 x 1 clean @ 225 (~92%) – felt unexpectedly great!
4 x 2 back squat @ 225lb (~70%)
3 x 10+10 wide-grip pull-ups + pendlay row
