These old meat rockets are starting to come back to life. Feeling stronk today

Dynamic and prep

3 x 2 snatch work to 155lb, drop sets @ 135lb

2 x 2+1 clean and jerk work to 215lb then drop to 195lb

2 x 6 back squat worked to new 6RM @ 285lb then drop to 255lb

3 x 3 snatch grip deadlift @ 205lb

2 x 10+10+10ea BB bent over row + SA military press + YTW

2 x 60s bird dog + GHR sit-up and press

Cool down and stretch
