20 minutes workout. Although short, it was better than nothing. I cycled throw arms, legs, and abs.

Weisheit Workout 7-12-18
4 miles on the tread. Did a bunch of up and down pacing and incline. Essentially I just wanted high heart rate, short rest, high heart rate for 45 minutes.

Oh shit we did things today. 6.6 miles. 6:27 of hiking. 2200 feet of elevation gain. Wife and I made summit at 14260 ft. Truly a grueling hike. My body is done for the night.

After a rough number at the lake I got back at it today. 2.5 miles on the tread. Did sprints and walking. It was a good session for being on the road. Got some arms in too.
