GARAGE SESH. Quick S/O to Carder for the inspiring snap this morning to get my workout done early. Also wasn’t excited about my weigh in this morning so that was a motivator as well.
Workout (4 Rounds)
- 2 minutes (ish) jumping rope. New PR is 37 in a row.
- 5-6 minutes dropping fist bombs on the heavy bag. Got some sweet MMA gloves.
- 15 step ups on each leg
- 15 BW squats
- 10 AB rollers
It was a solid 50 minute workout. A lot of focus on tight core and squeezing my glutes.
Trying to stay away from anything fried, but french fries are dope. Sticking with grilled chicken most of the time though. Didn’t drink alcohols this whole week so wow. My goal going forward is to work towards drinking a lot of water before I eat and portion control.
