Had a few sins this weekend. Had to make atonement today.
- 3 rounds
- Jump rope
- 5-6 minutes on the heavy bag. Focusing on a constantly tight core. I think this will help me against my fight in low back pain.
- 10 push-ups
- 10 squats
- 10 single leg deadlifts each leg
- 25 crunches
- 10 dips of a bench
May go for a walk later.
Diet- not terrible. A bit carby. Been cooking in house as much as possible.
