Weisheit Workout 1-28-18

Had a few sins this weekend. Had to make atonement today.

Workout

  • 3 rounds
  • Jump rope
  • 5-6 minutes on the heavy bag. Focusing on a constantly tight core. I think this will help me against my fight in low back pain.
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 single leg deadlifts each leg
  • 25 crunches
  • 10 dips of a bench

May go for a walk later.

Diet- not terrible. A bit carby. Been cooking in house as much as possible.

  1. something that has helped me with low back pain has been stretching my hips and glutes at work typically after i do those stretches ill feel better almost immediately, also, spine decompression. the best way to do this is hanging from a pull up bar for as long as you can. if you’re doing it right and relaxing you can almost feel you spine elongating as you do it. i do it everyday in the gym as part of my warm up and i might do it 3-5 times because my grip gives out. there are also those fancy inversion tables but i can afford that yet.
