02/01/18 St. Vincent Warrick Session

1 mile run

10 minutes air-dine

4 rounds of…

3 x 30sec work 30 sec rest air-dine

8 x DB Bench Press @ 80lb

20 x Reverse Hypers @ 10lb med ball

15 x French Press @ 50lb DB

Quick work out. Currently having to work out at the Hospital’s gym when I can. Definitely a weak week of training. But, don’t worry Brothers. This weekend my grind will start to pick up.
