Workout 15 minutes of stretching and aerobic exercise. Tried ab rolling but my abs almost exploded.
10 SLDL each leg
10 push ups
Side plank and front plank. 30 second each
Repeat above exercises
Getting 35-40 minute workouts in so that’s been good.
Diet – not eating out much. Trying to avoid carbs. Carrots are life.
