Body Weight – 203, I just want to make some gainz yall.

Warm up/Roll out

Power Clean and Jerk (Press, need to work on my tech)

x 5 – 135 lbs

x 3 – 185 lbs

x 2 – 205 lbs

x 2 – 225 lbs

x 1 – 245 lbs

x 1 – 255 lbs

x 1 – 265 lbs

AMRAP – 205 lbs


Heavy as shit Farmer carries – Some Frame (Have no idea how much it weighs) with 4×45 lbs plates on it. was so heavy.

Super set with Light DB squat Jumps.


Biceps

Hammer Curls 4 x 12

Curls – 4 x 12

Preacher Curls – 4 x 10 each arm (Gotta Prey to the iron gods)
