Today is going to kill me. But in order to become a gorilla you need to put in the work.

Bench – TM=280 lbs

x 20 – Bar

x 10 – 135 lbs

x 5 – 155 lbs

x 3 – 70% (195 lbs)

x 3 – 80% (225 lbs)

x 3+ – 90% (255 lbs)


Joker Sets

x 2 – 100% (280 lbs)

x 1 – 105% (290 lbs)


Accessories

Im going to die

Incline Bench 10 x 5 (Light Weight – 135) / Super set with Push ups – 10 x 10 

DB Chest flys – 5 x 8

Dips – 5 x 10

Abs

Stretch
