Tiemann Workout 7.12.2018

Tough getting moving this morning. Decided to just do a short workout due to lack of motivation, and the podcast I decided to listen to was boring.

Warmup:

5 minute row

40 x 5 lb arm raises

10 x 5 lb arm circles

Stretching

Main:

3 x through

12/10/8 incline bench at 95/105

15 x 25 lb DB chest press

8 x 55 lb single arm DB row

1 minute flutter kick abs
