Catalyst starter week 4 day 2
Good 5 min row, and all the warmups.
All of the snatches felt weird but not especially difficult. Just off really off.
Cleans were great.
5 x 2 power snatch got to 60kg
5 x 2 power clean got to 100kg and I’m buttmad I missed 105kg barely. Woulda been a lifetime clean best let alone catching in power.
