5 rounds of 3 x Deadlift @ 305 followed by 5 x box jump-depth drop-broad jump
5 rounds of 3 x Weighted pullups @ 35 followed by 5 x clap pullups.
5 rounds of 50 crunches followed by 15 KB swings – heaviest KB at my gym. I don’t know what the hell it weighs because I can’t read socialist units.
