Cinderblock party this afternoon

Warmup stuff then:

10 lunges each leg cinderblock overhead

10 overhead cinderblock squats

10 bent cinderblock rows

10 cinderblock shrugs each side

(1 seated rope tire pull, 1 tire pull sprint)x2

10 pull-ups

.6 mile run

Repeat 4 times
