Some heavy kb press, 200 lb back squats and short rowing
15 min death by thruster, @25lb dbs, this hurt so so bad
5 rounds partner work (5 bird dogs ea side, 5 curls, 5 jump squats @ 40) while not working do battle ropes
30 Min Row + KB snatch
Was feeling weak today due to (i think) a longer than usual TRE window.

Through out the day I did some GTG pistols, OAP, CoC grippies & ab wheelies
I did this workout 2x once in AM once in pm since i failed miserable in the AM.
6 x 500m warm up then 500m time trial (AM: LOL, PM: 1:24.2)
I PRd my 5hundo by 2 seconds. Not to shabby for all the distance work I’ve been doing.

4 rounds with weight vest of:
10x decline push up
5ea x band thruster
10x decline push up
10x ab wheelie
10x decline push up
10x squat jump
10x decline push up
10x burpees

Dynamic warmup and a little extra movement, it’s still cold out here
3 x 3 snatch balance @ 160lb
5 x 1 high-hang clean @ 165lb
2 x 2 3-second pause front squat work to 2RM (235lb) then dropped to 210lb
3 x 5 clean grip deadlift worked to 285lb then drop to 255lb for last 2 sets
2 x max wide grip pull-ups + 60s Jerk OH iso hold
2 x 6ea BB RFESS + SA bent over row
Cool down and stretch. Everything felt decently good today
4 x 500 warm up then
8000m at rate 20, avg 1:54.8.
my best work yet @ the low stroke rate.

1 x 2 snatch @ 150lb
3 x 2 snatch drop sets @ 135lb
2 x 3+1 clean + jerk at 200lb then drop to 185lb
2 x 8 back squat work to 8RM @ 255lb then drop to 225lb for second set
3 x 5 snatch grip DL @ 185lb
2 x 10+10ea+10ea bent over row + SA military press + YTW
2 x 30s ea side bird dog + 10x weighted sit-up

Morning sesh, would like to switch to these but we shall see.
